By accessing or using PatchWork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual developers and teams.
PatchWork is an error-analysis platform that ingests application errors, delivers structured reports to Slack or Microsoft Teams, provides AI-powered root-cause analysis, and creates pull requests on GitHub or GitLab. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree not to share your API key with unauthorised parties. PatchWork is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all error data and source code you provide to PatchWork. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for delivering the Service's features.
Fix suggestions and code generated by PatchWork's AI are provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any changes before they are merged into your codebase. PatchWork is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated code that is deployed without adequate review.
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. In the event of extended downtime, paid plan users may be eligible for service credits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatchWork and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PatchWork operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
